The battery on each electric scooter and electric bikes must undergo the charge/discharge cycle test. Each battery will charge and discharge at least once at the specified current and voltage rates.

The cycle test can clearly tell its real battery capacity, how long it will take to charge fully, how long it will last, whether it can work safely, whether it generates noise, and so on.


On the market, the capacity of some batteries is exaggerated. As a result, consumers will complain that the actual range is not enough and even return the products. However, the battery of our products really meets the value we mark on the label.

Riding Simulation Test


We will scrutinize certain samples from every model and every series. This tester simulates a real riding condition to see whether the scooter meets the quality requirements. We will check how much load the scooters can bear, whether they can stand the shock and bump on the road, and the wear and tear of tires, and so on.


Max Load

Load bearing test are performed in the scooter tester. We will add the weight gradually to check how heavy the scooter can stand, and how the load affects the deck and the frame.

The battery problem is the main cause of after-sale maintenance and return. The damage of the frame definitely comes second, such as the fender on the rear tires and the fold system. The tester will imitate a bumpy, rocky road to check how our products perform under extreme shake and shock and to see whether they will distort or damage under outer pressure and weight.
